Meet Your Workshop Leader:
My name is Nur Has and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (in FL), currently living in Georgia. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I have provided individual counseling and led numerous psychoeducational and skills-based groups, including those focused on DBT, parenting, family dynamics, and emotional wellness.
I bring a strengths-based, culturally sensitive lens to my work, and my approach is informed by extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), and Transactional Analysis. These experiences, combined with my personal roles, shape my passion for offering accessible, reflective, and empowering educational spaces.
While my background is in mental health counseling, I now also offer personalized educational programs and workshops designed to equip people with the tools and strategies they need to thrive.
As a mom, wife, sister, and a woman who has journeyed across cultures and roles, I understand the power of resilience and reinvention.
My work as both a therapist and an automation engineer inspires me to help you build bridges — between your dreams and your reality, your challenges and your strengths, your present and your future.
